10. Refund Policy & Fulfillment Timeline

All appointment purchases are non-refundable once marketing has begun.

If we cannot fulfill your complete order within the specified timeline, you may request a partial refund for the unfulfilled portion.

Standard Tier: Allow 180 days for every 40 appointments

Executive, Federal, and Platinum Tiers: Allow 360 days for every 20 appointments

Reorders begin fulfillment after the previous order is completed.

Refunds are processed within 30 business days of approval.
11. Cancellations and Responsibility

If a prospect cancels, there is no charge to you.

If a prospect no-shows, the appointment is billed as fulfilled because you received their contact information and can reschedule.

Clients are responsible for presentation, materials, and outcome of meetings or seminars.

You must provide calendar access (Google or Outlook) within 3 business days of onboarding.
12. Seminars and Webinars

All seminar/webinar marketing and planning fees must be paid in full upfront.

These fees do not include venue rental costs or related expenses.
13. Administration Fee
A $19.99/month administrative fee applies to all service agreements. This fee covers:

Booking services

Appointment confirmations via email/SMS

Calendar management
